Steve has worked with several seven- to nine-figure companies to transform them to public entities. His work has included creating cap tables, proformas and budgets; working with bankers and other investment professionals to coordinate funding activities; creating internal strategies to proactively address what might become audit findings; and presenting directly to potential investors so they can both understand the business and the company can manage their expectations. He has deep knowledge of IT (project management, code writing, QA and business requirements) and that often lets him create uniquely valuable solutions quickly and that are extensible to other problems.
For his small- and mid-sized clients, he works to increase their short and long-term profits, increase overall company value, identify and track strategic KPIs, identify profitability by project or product, create employee retention and attraction models, and work with a company’s tax preparer to reduce tax burdens. |
