My most successful coaching clients have arrived at a tipping point – they are ready to change
or fine tune what no longer works in their lives. I work with aspiring, topline and seasoned
professionals who are seeking greater confidence, purpose, balance and impact.
I have been in transformational human development work almost 30 years. In the late 90s I was
personally coached so powerfully that it completely transformed me. I had experienced personal
and professional success in my life, but I felt a deep sense of dissatisfaction; joy was simply not
present for me. As a coaching recipient, I was empowered to see myself in an entirely new way
— for the first time I gained the clarity that my greatest barrier to joy was the way I had seen
myself my whole life. I was guided and empowered to move beyond this hurdle, and for the first
time in my life I began to create the relationships and experiences that served my most
important values to make a difference in this world. Athletes describe this phenomenon as
“being in the zone” – others call it “being in flow.” It is from that place that I found deep meaning
in coaching and empowering the lives of others. I’ve now been coaching professionals and
individuals for 25 years. I work with each client to develop the clarity and the tools to gain
access to their greatest fulfillment and purpose.
