​As an Enrolled Agent, I represent clients in the areas of tax preparation, tax planning, tax resolution and tax audits. I prepare tax returns for individuals, Corporations, LLCs, Partnerships, Non-Profits, Trusts, and Estates.

I assist clients who are creating a new business with choosing the right type of entity. I work mostly with LLCs, Corporations, S-Corporations, Non-Profit Corporations and Sole Proprietorships. After creating your new entity, I assist with setting up your accounting system and make sure you are on track for your taxes. 

I represent clients who have been audited by the IRS or Department of Revenue. 

I represent clients who owe back taxes, including income tax, employment tax and sales tax. These remedies include a reasonable payment arrangement, non-collectible status or a compromise of your balance.
